Welcome to the official documentation for CrownPunishments, a powerful and flexible punishment plugin for your Minecraft server! 

This GitBook will guide you through every aspect of the plugin, from quick setup to advanced customization, ensuring you harness its full potential to maintain a healthy and enjoyable server environment. 

## Quickstart

Getting started with CrownPunishments is straightforward! Follow these simple steps to quickly set up the plugin on your Minecraft server:

1. **Download the Plugin:** Obtain the latest version of CrownPunishments from your preferred plugin repository (e.g., SpigotMC, Polymart).
2. **Install the Plugin:** Place the downloaded `.jar` file into the `plugins` folder of your Minecraft server.
3. **Restart your Server:** Start or restart your Minecraft server to load CrownPunishments.
4. **Configuration:** CrownPunishments automatically generates configuration files in the `plugins/CrownPunishments` folder. Review and customize these files (especially `config.yml` and `messages.yml`) to tailor the plugin to your server's needs.
5. **Permissions Setup:** Assign the necessary permissions (explained in the Permissions section) to your moderators and administrators using your server's permission management system (e.g., LuckPerms, PermissionsEx).
6. **Start Moderating!** Use the `/crown punish <player>` command in-game to open the interactive Punish Menu and begin managing player conduct effectively.
